Insert MD

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 19, 2026 · Version: 2026.10.19

These Terms govern your use of shop.insertmd.com, partner storefronts powered by Insert MD, and the Insert MD patient portal (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Rx Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Insert MD (“Insert MD,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Telehealth Informed Consent, and our Refund and Shipping Policies.

Not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

1. Who does what

  • Insert MD runs the storefront, checkout, billing, patient portal, and customer support. Insert MD is not a medical practice or a pharmacy. It does not practice medicine and does not dispense medication.
  • Medical care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians of Holistic Health and Wellness VA PC (the “Medical Group”). A clinician licensed in the state where you are located reviews your information and makes every clinical decision.
  • Prescriptions are dispensed and shipped by independent, licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. They are listed on our Contact page.
  • Gyms, clinics, and other wellness businesses that share an Insert MD storefront link do not provide medical care and do not see your intake answers, diagnoses, prescriptions, or messages with your clinician.

2. Who can use the Services

  • You must be 18 or older and physically located in the United States when you complete intake or attend a visit. We serve all 50 U.S. states.
  • You must give complete, truthful information about your health, medications, and identity, and keep it up to date. Clinicians rely on it.
  • Your account is for you only. Do not order for anyone else.

3. Telehealth visits and prescriptions

  • Depending on the treatment, your visit is a live video visit or a written (asynchronous) review. Your clinician may require a live visit, lab work, or an in-person exam before deciding.
  • Testosterone and any other controlled substance are prescribed only after a live video visit and lab work. They are never prescribed from a message visit.
  • Buying a treatment is a request for a clinical evaluation, not a guarantee of a prescription. Your clinician decides whether to prescribe, which medication, and what dose, and may decline or stop treatment.
  • Refills require your clinician’s approval. Requesting a refill does not guarantee one.
  • Use medication only as prescribed. Do not share or resell it.

4. Compounded medications

Many treatments are compounded for you by a licensed 503A pharmacy under a patient-specific prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Your clinician prescribes a compounded medication only when they decide it is medically appropriate for you.

5. Prices and payment

  • Insert MD is the seller of record and charges your card. Prices, fees, and when each charge happens are shown at checkout before you confirm.
  • Prices on a partner storefront are set with that partner and can differ from shop.insertmd.com.
  • Plans that renew show the renewal amount and interval at checkout. You can cancel any time in the patient portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and replacements follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Your account and conduct

Keep your login private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account for false information, fraud, misuse of medication, or abusive conduct toward clinicians, pharmacies, or staff.

7. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices explain how we handle your information. You agree to receive order, account, and care messages by email and text. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Content on the Services is general information, not medical advice. Medical advice comes only from your clinician. Results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of liability

Clinicians are responsible for the medical care they provide, and pharmacies are responsible for the medication they compound and dispense. To the extent the law allows, Insert MD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Insert MD in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Disputes and governing law

Please contact support first. Most problems are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may bring it in the state or federal courts in Manatee County, Florida, or in small-claims court where you live. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and date are always on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
